Service Repair Options

• Repair: Ship your product. We will work on repairing and returning in 2-4 weeks. We will ship repaired product back to you.
• Quote: Ship your product. We will review submission form and item to determine if it is repairable. If repairable, we will submit cost to repair for your approval. Lead times vary based on complexity, communication and logistics, but usually 4-6 weeks.
• Inspect: Ship your product. We inspect and troubleshoot for 1 hour of time to provide recommendations for next steps.
• Exchange: Ship your product. We will ship you a remanufactured or repaired product that is tested and ready to go. The product is shipped same day or next day. Once your product arrives, we issue core credit. Lead time is 2- 4 days depending on timing and location.
